Pink Moon Saloon has been one of the most ambitious projects that we have been involved with to date. Transformed into a wooden cabin, the patrons are taken on a journey where the food is cooked over fire in an impressive wood oven with bold steel doors, and enjoyed under the night stars created by the delicate lighting. It is hard to believe that this amazing scene was once an alleyway with mechanical ductwork and dumpsters overflowing with trash.
