After the final wines were poured at Red Trousers, young Adelaide entrepreneur Oliver Brown got straight to work planning his next venture.  It was then that the idea of NOLA was born.  NOLA, short for New Orleans Louisiana, transports patrons to the eclectic party town of New Orleans.

Being involved with this job enabled us to showpiece our electrical skills and our appreciation for fine detail with perfect finishes whilst working with the brilliant and inspiring architect, Matiya Marovich, from Sans Arc Studio. Just one example of this is the hand made chandelier hanging in the main entry.

NOLA was built in an old horse stable and was no ordinary build due to this. All of the external walls are solid stone with a structural frame on the inside. This meant planning and discussions with all parties involved was of upmost importance.
