Dining at Gondola Gondola is as much about the award winning food as about feeling that you are in the middle of Asia in a crowded street bar.
The build process at times felt like it was taking place in a crowded street bar with tight access, sound restraints and a short time frame all to be taken into account. Gondola Gondola was transformed from a bare concrete and glass shell with the installation of a complete commercial kitchen with an exhaust system, fully functioning bar and associated amenities.
