This project saw a dilapidated old terrace house get completely reborn. The frontage had to remain untouched due to its heritage listing but beyond this the works undertaken were extensive. Challenges encountered included tight access, solid stonewalls, existing ceilings that needed to remain and a second level.

Electrically the project was completely stripped before the new could go in. A new switchboard was fit off to allow space for all the new circuits and circuit protection. Downlights and feature light fittings were fit off throughout along with feature switchgear in the Kitchen.
